Parcel deliveries will be made by Canada Post according to the method of delivery chosen by the customer.

For international destinations:

Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the checkout process.  If, for any  'unknown' reason, the actual shipping charges differ from the amount charged to the account, you will receive, by email, an invoice for the additional shipping charges.  The ordered products shall be shipped to destination only when the shipping invoice is duly paid.

You may cancel your order within 30 days of the purchase date if you decline to pay the additional shipping charges.  Reply to the invoice email by stating 'CANCEL MY ORDER'.  Then, the full refund will be credited to your account.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Gagneensante.com will ship the products ordered to the address submitted at time of order.  No deliveries will be made at a post office box.  Delivery costs will be added depending on the number of product, the weight of the order, method of delivery and the destination of the package.

Delivery will be made by Canada Post as soon as possible after acceptance of the order, according to the method of delivery chosen by Gagneensante.com.  Time limits may vary depending on the destination of the shipment, delivery method selected and product availability.

The products ordered will be the responsibility of the buyer when they are forwarded by Gagneensante.com to the carrier.

For any product delivered outside of Canada, responsibility for all costs associated with the clearance and any other costs associated with export outside Canada are at the expense of the purchaser.

Gagneensante.com should have received full payment of the purchase prior to delivery.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You can return or exchange any product within 30 days after delivery.
For any exchange or refund, an authorization number must be obtained from a representative of the online store Gagneensante.com.

Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the invoice and return authorization number. No exchange or refund will be issued for products whose freshness seal is broken.

Delivery costs and risks due to transport of goods returned are the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is for damaged or defective products.

Upon receipt of returned products and after checking their condition, all amounts charged to the credit card of the buyer for the products in question, excluding shipping charges will be credited.
